(likely 1893) Regular Meeting, where he presided over the board alongside Trustees Henry Rover, Fred Ruth, John Miller, John Folleshow, Fred Conrad, and William Bohin. Whether Peters won the office at the April 1892 or April 1893 annual election has not yet been confirmed from the record book pages reviewed.
During his presidency, the board handled:
